These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the ASDOM SÉDUCTION website.

Order process
The customer selects a product, validates their cart, and proceeds to payment.
An order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
ASDOM SÉDUCTION reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock or payment issues.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
ASDOM SÉDUCTION may modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Payment is secured via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit card.
No banking data is stored by ASDOM SÉDUCTION.

Delivery
Orders are shipped directly by our suppliers.
Estimated delivery times:
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery: 7 to 15 business days depending on the products
These times may vary depending on the carrier or the period (holidays, promotions, etc.).
ASDOM SÉDUCTION is not responsible for delays related to the carrier or customs.

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent as soon as it is available.
Tracking may take a few days to activate depending on the supplier.

Returns and refunds
The customer has 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Conditions:
- Product unworn, unwashed, unused
- Original packaging
- Photos of the product may be requested
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of an error on our part.
Refund:
- Within 7 days after receipt of the returned product
- Via the same payment method

An order is considered not received after 45 days.
In this case, a refund or reshipment may be offered.

Liability
ASDOM SÉDUCTION is not responsible for:
- delivery delays
- loss or damage caused by the carrier
- incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Collected data is used solely for order processing.
